All of our crops we start from seed in the greenhouse when applicable. We continually seed for successive planting throughout the seasons. Greenhouse production of flowers and greens is continual throughout the year.
Many of our crops can be planted directly in-ground. Again, successive planting is used to maintain production throughout the season. We have planted the following:
Summer Crops - Direct Seeding
Onions (1015, red) - harvest in late June
Potatoes (red, yellow, white) - harvest in late early June
Pumpkins (seed in July, harvest in October through November)
Green Beans - harvest in early June
Squash - harvest in July
Cucumbers - harvest in July
Summer Crops - transplants
Tomatoes - harvest in July
Peppers - harvest in June
Fall Crops - Direct Seeding
Radishes - harvest in early May
Carrots - harvest in May
